In Sky Beneath you decide what’s up and down in this mind-bending sci-fi adventure! Embark on a journey with two scavenger friends, take control of the gravity, and solve challenging puzzles to get out of a broken planet.
We started the Sky Beneath demo off with an amazing view of the graphics of the game and were welcomed with an amazing-sounding OST.
After starting our new adventure we get to see the abandoned factory where our friend Annie has been before, after a funny dialogue asking if the gravity suit is any better we have to search for the anti-gravity machine.
The game already looks very detailed in the stage that it’s in. When you venture into the facility raccoons have messed up with your self-made ladder, a box, and to put it back you will use your gravity beam. While playing, the game will explain the controls.
The gravity mechanics work very well and are fun to play with, the suit will have you walking on walls and ceilings with a simple mouse click. It would be really handy to have a reset button because it can get quite confusing where you are walking. Luckily there are signs that will show upside down or vertically the way around.
After activating the gravity core in our suit, we got to do a challenge where we managed to grab 16 holograms through wall and ceiling running! It was really fun to try the mechanic for the first time and we’re looking forward to being playing more of the puzzles that implement this mechanism.
